The house was clean with good communication and easy access to the property . The house is very small, maybe 700 sq ft? It has 2 small bedrooms and a very small bathroom with no room to place toiletries. The size was just ok for us however two couples would be very crowded. The bathtub would back up during a shower and the kitchen sink had very low water pressure. Beds definitely need updated. There is no ice maker or grill. The back deck is nice and big. The outdoor shower is a plus especially since there’s only one bathroom. It is fenced in for those with dogs.

wonderful retreat
We enjoyed our time spent in this wonderful home. It was quaint, cozy and with the back porch being the star of the home. Cozy chairs, ceiling fans, an outdoor table and shower completed this porch. The yard was fully enclosed and provided a wonderful area for our dogs to play. Would definitely return! The only downside was the location, as it is in direct line with the regional airport.

The bushes and trees were more overgrown than the pictures show, the light over the bathroom sink did not work, the mattress is the front bedroom needs replacing [lumpy]. The location and amenities around it were good.

our favorite spot to stay on st. simons
We stayed here last year for a long weekend and stayed this year for a full week. Each time we stayed here the place was spotless. It's walking distance to Redfern Village with multiple restaurants and golf cart rental. Backyard is fully fenced in so our dogs could safely be outside with us.

Absolute relaxation. This location was perfect for our family and two dogs. Whether a stroll was taken in the neighborhood or around the airport, the location was perfect. Proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as the grocery store were legit. We will be back!

cute, quaint, and perfect for us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is adorable and quaint. The massive back porch and screened-in front porch allowed us to enjoy the weather outside as well. The fully fenced yard gave us peace-of-mind with our dog, and the close proximity to the park, made this the perfect pet-friendly place. We loved the outdoor shower! We only used one of the beds, but it was so comfortable. Looking forward to getting one for our own home now.

a perfect little cottage
We loved the house. We loved everything. The attention to detail was (almost) totally perfect. I would recommend a better mattress in the front bedroom and the main living space TV was very hard to navigate (and my husband is a tech man). We loved the outdoor space, the kitchen amenities, the little enclosed front porch. We absolutely loved the house. We would 100% return.

annual trip to st. simons
The rental is as nice as advertised. Property was clean and inviting. Extremely pet friendly. We have a service dog and the backyard is spacious and secure to let your pet explore and get exercise. The property has wonderful indoor/outdoor living and it was easy to just relax. Plenty of room for up to 4 guests.

comfy & cozy home
Interior of the home is quite comfortable, but only has the very basic supplies. Outside garden is rather overgrown and could use some attention, but the rear porch is a private, relaxing, and comfortable outdoor oasis. Lastly, the management company is super easy to communicate with and very attentive to anything you need. They are fantaastic!

The location is perfect to area attractions & is clean and nicely renovated. Perfect for travelers with pets. You don’t have to worry as the backyard of fully fenced. The staff at Emmons Realty are top notch customer service and answered all questions quickly & even on a holiday. Crystal was amazingly helpful! Look forward to another stay this summer!

From the moment we arrived at 116 Circle Drive, we knew we had found a gem on St. Simons Island. Emmons Realty has truly outdone themselves with this delightful two-bedroom vacation rental. It felt like our very own slice of paradise, a genuine home-away-from-home. Being dog-friendly was a significant plus for us, and our furry friend enjoyed the fully fenced garden as much as we did. The vibrant plant life added a touch of serenity to our mornings, and the two patios became our favorite spots to unwind. The screened patio was a sanctuary for morning coffee sessions, thanks to the Keurig coffee maker provided. And after our beach adventures, the outdoor shower was a luxurious touch that we truly appreciated. Speaking of the beach, its proximity was just perfect.
