family time
Perfect for our family. The elevator was wonderful. Had to have medical equipment delivered and that experience was exceptional. Device was there and ready for use. The living room furniture needs a really good cleaning or better still, changed out. We could have used another comfortable chair as there is only couch with chaise on one end. Other than that very comfortable. Need new pillows. I will definite rent again. Great location for our needs. Thanks to all for everything.

quiet and relaxing
This property has space galore and full bathrooms to match. Lots of levels but there’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry everything from the garage on the bottom level all the way up the stairs to the bedrooms. The management company was great. Very responsive, within minutes. The condo is in a quiet location and it’s a nice walk to the water and active downtown area. And there’s so many great places to eat not to mention all the other islands to tour. The only drawback is the place is in need of updating, especially the kitchen. Though it’s not a deal breaker. For the island the price was decent.

Emmons Realty was easy to work with and responsive to any questions and concerns. It was a pleasure dealing with them. 143 Demere Landing is spacious and very convenient to many St Simons activities. However, Noise travels thru the walls and it is dark. Elevator was GREAT!

st. simons getaway
Enjoyed our stay. The elevator was a blessing for getting luggage and supplies moved as well as one of our party would not have been able to handle the stairs. We had plenty of room to spead out and have privacy. Thank you for making our visit as pleasant as posible.

very nice
The townhome and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. I like to walk, so walking the .07 to town or to the beach was easy for me, but not so for my sister. Parking downtown is very difficult to come by. So if you plan to shop and dine, you may want to stay a bit closer to town if anyone in your party is not a fan of walking. Otherwise the place was perfect. Emmons Realty was a pleasure to deal with.

Nice location, neat a variety of restaurants and the pier. The property fit 8 people comfortably. Appreciated the supply of items (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc). Elevator was very convienent. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. We needed toilet repairs twice and the issues were promptly resolved. The carpets are old and dirty. The property manager arranged for some to be cleaned. We were very happy with JK's responsiveness and help. Thumbs Up!

We enjoyed the proximity of the property to town and the beach. Having an elevator was a big plus. The property was older looking and darker inside than the pictures showed. We had an issues with mosquitos in the main bedroom.

great trip to st simons island ga
My daughter, four granddaughters and I enjoyed a recent stay at a lovely condo on St Simons. Everything we needed was provided, and if we had an issue (which only happened once) we had an immediate response from the Emmons Realty staff. We would definitely stay in the same condo again!

nice for family gathering
We had a nice stay with plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the elevator but the management company came out right away and did not leave until it was fixed. Could not have been more pleased. The kitchen could have used more pots and pans but we made what we had work. The furniture on the balconies was rather flimsy. We did not use two of the balconies as a result. These are minor items and generally, it was a nice place to stay.

everything you need and comfort
I want to surprise my husband mother-in-law and brother-in-law with a nice quiet weekend and maybe Casino for the mother-in-law. The vacation rental was better than expected. We were all able to spread out into our own space and still enjoy family time together when we wanted to. The amenities were great and the elevator was definitely a Topper since my mother-in-law is 81 and has a hard time with steps and my brother-in-law is handicapped with function to motor skills. Everything we could possibly need was provided. The welcome package on the dining room table explained everything we needed to know and gave us options for dining. There were plenty of magazines at the Golden Isles and surrounding areas to visit. The home was immaculate. Whoever does the housekeeping is amazing. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to the Isles if it's available and I have already told people about it. Thank you so much for having us.

loved our stay
My family and I had a wonderful experience during our vacation. The location was great. The property was fairly clean but did notice that there were dirty spots on the wall in a bathroom. The kids loved the lake and the turtles. Only down side is that the wall as so thin and it’s hard to keep little one from playing and being loud.

great place for a family of 8!
This was our firs trip to SSI and 143 was the perfect spot for our largest family. Plenty of space for our 6 kiddos - 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with their own bathroom), a master (with a dressing room large enough for a pack-n-play) along with an office and pull-out couch on the second floor, and a living room and kitchen on the main level. The garage was a great place to leave all of our sandy stuff. Just a couple minute drive to the beach or downtown - an excellent location. The manager was very responsive to a small issue (chirping smoke alarm) and we have no complaints!

The stay was good. Very friendly manager, helpful. Clean place. Only complaint was elevator useless as the safety features would not allow it to operate. Made it difficult for my elderly parents.

The weekend was awesome. The residence was in a perfect location. Close to the pier and restaurants and shopping. Also was super clean and spacious and well stocked with necessities. All you need to bring is food unless you plan to eat out. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Loved our visit. Clean, nice, well stocked for our visit. Great landscaping. A great place to come and relax and enjoy what St.Simons has to offer. Pool was closed the entire stay, due to the fact that it was being drained and filled with water the everyday of our stay. Real disappointment. The major reason for choosing this place was because it included a pool. The garage was half filled with a golf cart that was off limits to guests. Could really have used the space for parking. We had more than one car meeting at the property. Overall, I would go back and rent again. Very nice stay.

vacation/graduation
Very nice condo. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious. Clean. Every bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom, which worked out wonderfully as there were three different families. Even used the sleeper sofa in the office/den for our 6 year old grandson. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. Nice community pool. Close to the beach and town. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo is located in a great place on the island. It is spacious, clean, and had all the little things you don't always think about (bar soap/hand soap/toilet paper/trash bags). We would definitely like to stay here again when we return.

hurricane florence made us move to st simon
Because of the hurricane we chose St Simon to finish our vacation. We had only hours to find a place. Mr. Emmons was very understandings and helped the renting process quickly. It was a great place.

a great family vacation!
This home is perfect for a family trip. We had family from FL and GA meet here for the weekend, and the home blew us away. It had great space for 6 adults, and the multiple floors offered for privacy. The home was clean, and the decor was beautiful. We drove to the beach due to so much "cargo," but could have easily walked. The downtown shops near the pier was an easy drive, too. We definitely recommend this rental!

girls getaway weekend
This condo was wonderful. There were six of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped. Our only issue was that the elevator wasn't working, and it's a 4 story condo. One of the lady's has a handicap and the stairs were a challenge. If the elevator gets fixed, we would definitely rent here again.

family wedding on st simon's island
We were extremely happy with this condo. We had six adults in our party. It was four stories including the garage level. The garage had room to park two cars in. The elevator made it easy to get luggage to each bedroom in the condo and to get around if you chose not to use the stairs. It was great that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The beds were all comfortable. We ate all meals out while we were there but the kitchen is stocked well should you choose to cook your meals in. The way the condo is laid out it gives a lot of privacy to all. It was very close to the light house and Pier Village. It even had another room with a futon which we did not need to use but it would be a great extra area to send kids for separation between adults and kids. I highly recommend this condo.

The Unit was very clean, beds were comfortable. Sheets smelled fresh out the wash. My contact was very helpful in renting the unit. The only two negatives were that one of the bedrooms was missing a tv, the other tv had a volume issue and it was either wide open or so low you could barely hear it, plus it was a old tv which was not very appealing. We had no key left for us so when we left the unit we had to leave it unlocked, which I was not crazy about doing. I did not like the access to the unit I stayed, would have been easier to access if it was not a until facing other units that was so close. The pool was lovely, I had it all to myself for several hours which was very relaxing. The overall experience was Great. Just a few hickups, but I Would stay again.

As first timers to the Golden Isles, our stay at 143 Demere was a wonderful surprise. It was much more spacious than we had anticipated, centrally located, walking distance to the village, and biking to East Beach.

multi-family weekend stay
With its own attached Garage, this property was easy to get in and out of... This unit was comfortable and quiet (we heard no noise or activity from any other property). The bedrooms were all as described. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and ready for our stay, as we had hoped. The Living Room had a large comfortable couch adjacent the kitchen area, which also had everything we might have needed.. The location of the unit was perfect for us... Very close to all desired amenities. We would love to come back for a longer stay someday...

relaxing retreat
The best mini vacation we have had. The condo had everything you could ask for and more. There were 6 adults and a toddler and the space was fantastic. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. Neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed talking with them when we went on walks to the pond. There is definitely a return visit in our future! Thank you for providing such an amazing place to stay for an affordable price.

great adult weekend
Condo was very nice, clean and large enough for each couple to have their own space while enjoying being with a group! We were celebrating a 40th Birthday with several couples (4 in our condo and couple others joined us who already have places at St. Simons). The unexpected experience was those folks who own and live here most year round. We had a great time and hospitality with them at the pool and even 2 of their couples went to eat and out with us for the we made new friend too!
