Clean, comfortable and roomy Condo in quiet gated development. Short walk to Village area of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Managing real estate company was very responsive. Basic supplies were adequate but could be a bit more generous with kitchen supplies.

relaxing and lovely visit to this condo
We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely “cottage feel” condo. Everything was clean and pretty and the location is great. Close to the pool and a short walk to the village and Pier. Looking forward to coming back again.

great place
Clean, great a/C and fast response to tiny problem. There was a lightbulb out in a bathroom and the rental company had it replaced in an hour after I mentioned it to them. Loved the unit. Right next to the pool and great parking. We will be back!

a little bit of paradise
It was problems. we even got bikes delivered, it was easy as cake and pie.We have stayed on St. Simon and Jekyll island before. This one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at.

cozy cottage
The rental was very nice. It was like a cozy cottage with lots of room and beautiful decor. We enjoyed our stay very much. It rained every day so we spend much time inside. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. Was very clean, nicely furnished and met all our needs.

a family fun vacation
Our first time to St. Simon Island. The condo was located in a great place close to resturants, shopping, beaches and the condo swimming pool. It had very well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and sanitized , spacious for a family of five. We would love to come back next year.

perfect holiday home!
Perfect holiday home for my wife and I plus our daughter,son-in-law and 2 grandchildren! The unit was very clean and well supplied with kitchen amenities, linens rated a 5. etc. Enjoyed the complex and pool and local was perfect 5. Great walking and access to village and beach. Management helpful and immediately available. Thank you so much and we hope to rent again in the future.

Our son lives in SSI. We love to visit at least once a year for an extended time and have been searching for the perfect spot...I believe we found it! This unit is wonderful...conveniently located, spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We have booked through Emmons Realty in the past and know they are excellent.

We loved this condo. We loved the decor and the layout is spectacular!! The furniture was very comfortable and having two different cozy living areas was wonderful. The short walking distance to the pier was great for us. We walked down there every morning and evening. :)

girlfriend trip to st simmons
We were very happy with the condo; however we did run out of toilet paper which we had to buy. When you have 4 women in once place you need more toilet paper. We had a hard time locking and unlocking the door but finally got the hang of it.

we would rent this unit again
Our family rented this unit the weeks of August 4-12, 2018. We have rented a number of units over the years from Home Away and VRBO. This is the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented. No dust on fan blades, A/C vents were spotless and everything we needed was in place.. The one negative was the cabinets were so well stocked there was little room for food, but since we ate many meals out it was not an issue. The towels were high quality, linens very good and the property in very good condition. The rental agency was most responsive. We will rent again.

close to shops and park
This is a great condo, close to shopping and a public park. We were a little disappointed with the upkeep of the pool. It was not cleaned daily and I had to skim the pool before the kids could get in. It is also NOT heated! Overall the condo is beautiful. We were very bummed to have rented some movies and there was no DVD player. You have to have infinity membership to watch anything g other than regular tv. Overall it’s a great area and condo. If you have the chance take a day to trolley tour Jekyl. It was great. Even the kids enjoyed it.

great condo
The condo was very clean, roomy and well equipped. It is centrally located and very easy to access all parts of the island from it. The biggest complaint is with VRBO. Using them for years; however, they now charge both the owner and renter steep fees for reservations. Will not be renting anything in the future through VRBO. It is a ripoff.

saint simons island long weekend stay
Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo was very clean and had plenty of supplies, such a towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, etc. The condo was very centrally located and easy to get to everything!

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to Pier, shopping and dining. We had a wonderful time visiting the Island. The only negative thing I could say is that our time there wasn't long enough! Great vacation spot and Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simmons. The condo was clean, and and conveniently located. We have no complaints. However, there were a couple of inconveniences, such as the listing said paper towels and hair dryers would be furnished, but were not there.

The property was in a perfect location - a short walk to a playground and about a 10 minute walk to the ocean and downtown. The rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming.
