The condo was clean and in good condition. Quiet, safe environment. Living space was ample of my wife and me. Proximity to shopping, the beach, restaurants, pickleball, biking and just walking was excellent. Nearby golf courses was also a plus. Would I come again? Absolutely.

We were extremely happy with the condo and the complex. The condo is very large and gives good privacy between the two bedrooms. It was very clean. It was an easy walk to the dog park and the village. We would stay here again.

beautiful condo/perfect location
Our condo at Harbour Oaks was very nice and was one of the cleanest condos we have ever rented. Everyone at Emmons was helpful and courteous with any questions we had about reservations and also after we arrived. The location is so close to the marina. We definitely will be returning to St. Simons and will use Emmons Realty.

perfectly cozy and quiet.
Such a beautiful little place to enjoy some peace from all of the hustle and bustle of life. I brought a dear lady that we work for, who uses a walker/ wheelchair with me as well as a few family members. It was easily accessible for her. Everything was clean, and well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone that we came across was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again. Highly recommend.

We loved the stay here. Everything was super convenient. It was great to have a place where we could bring our sweet doggy along with us. The dog park a block away was another bonus. The property managers were super quick to respond to any concerns. Would definitely recommend.

harbour getaway
My family visited for a week recently and stayed at Harbour Oaks. The condo was in pretty good shape with a few minor repairs needed. I’d recommend a stay there. Overall the trip was fantastic.

great location and very comfortable unit
Our family of 5 spent a week here and had a great stay. The master bed is VERY comfortable and that’s saying a lot bc my husband and I normally struggle with beds that aren’t our own. We also loved being right next to the pool and just a 5 minute walk to the dog park. And the village is only a few minutes further so a very convenient location. Kitchen was stocked well and the amount of towels and supplies were very generous. And the whole unit was immaculately clean! Not a speck of sand or dust anywhere. The only suggestion I can give would be to install the blades on the ceiling fan in the secondary bedroom but even without them, the kids room stayed cool, they just prefer sleeping with a fan on. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely SSI property AND for allowing us to bring our fur babies. Great trip, will rebook next time we come to SSI.

wonderful quiet place!
We so enjoyed our short stay at Oak Hatbour - such a serene neighborhood- within a very short walk to dog park and village and pier! The condo is super comfortable- a bit outdated, but totally everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! Loved working with Emmons - very responsive and flexible!

Very clean. The beds are so comfortable and amazing. There are plenty of things to do in the area. The beach pier shops restaurants and more. The neighborhood is very calm and peaceful. Parking is the great with a covered awning and very close to the door. TV's worked great and easily. We enjoyed the outdoor area with water soothing sounds. This rental had everything we could possibly need or want

harbour oaks - location, location, locattion
This property is so well located - you can walk to the restaurants, beach, pier, etc. It is in a gated complex - not that that would be a requirement in this area - but it was nice. The local owners that we met were friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and the pool was nice (furniture could sure use an update). There is a small, private patio that we enjoyed - it overlooks a small waterway which runs through the property. The unit itself was dog friendly which was important to us. It was well equipped and the king sized bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was very clean when we arrived and has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The unit provided covered parking which was very close to the unit. The wifi was very good and the TV's worked well. There is an extensive DVD collection of movies available. The condo, while very comfortable, could certainly use an update and maintenance in furniture, kitchen cupboards, ceilings (popcorn ceilings which are peeling near vents) and bathroom fixtures. Overall we enjoyed our time in this unit but feel it could be so much more enjoyable if the unit had a little TLC.

great place for a family of 7.
Excellent rental. Beautiful setting near pool and tennis court. Only a few blocks away from main restaurant and shopping district. About a 8-10 min walk. About 30min to Jekyll Island. Expect additional delays to Jekyll if going during prime time. Overall a great place to rent. With a family of 7 we had to have the kids double up on the sleeper sofa and double bed. Great DVD movie selection. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Lovely neighborhood with security, pet friendly amenities. Emmons Realty team were very engaged and responsive. Really great location close to outdoor activities, beach, shops and dining and yet the condo was in a quiet location. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 and pet. Family room furniture will need to be updated. Master Bath needs to be upgraded. Guest room and bath excellent.

The property manager is not friendly. There are too many rules for this location. We have stayed here twice and it has a good location but really should be a retirement community. Some neighbors were friendly but some look at you like you shouldn't be there. We really love Ocean Walk it is more family friendly.

great rental, close to so many things
We went on a girls trip with 4 ladies and was a perfect place for us. We were so close to the beach, downtown eating and shops, and very much enjoyed the pool on the premises. Go meet Grace and see how much her swimming has improved! Everyone was friendly and were able to uber, lyft or drive wherever we needed to go. Great trip and would stay again.

great beach vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in 617 Harbour Oaks. The location being an easy walk from the Village Pier and all of its shops, restaurants, and pubs was great. Five minute drive to beach. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. All the appliances and TVs worked perfectly, along with the Wi-Fi. Emmons Realty, the management company, was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay again.

peaceful vacation escape
The property was well maintained and clean. Gated community with coded condo entry. The A/C did seem to struggle to keep the unit cool, but then again, it was hitting triple digits outside. I definitely would return if the opportunity were to arise. This was a very low stress experience.

This was our second stay at this condo. It is in a great location with quick access to the Pier area for shopping and eating and the beach. The condo is well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen would be nice if it was updated some. We stayed for a week and look forward to returning to St Simon again.

Nice first floor garden-style condo, clean, well maintained. Comfortable beds, nice grounds, a perimeter road around property to walk dogs, well kept and very Georgia/live oak/spanish moss atmosphere. Covered parking near unit was an appreciated feature. A two block walk to center of old St. Simon's, very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Simon's at this rental property. It was very roomy for the 7 people we had staying. It was clean and the complex was great. We have children and felt completely safe in this gated community. The community is within walking distance of the town with great restaurants and shopping. The beach is also very close!
