This condo was very nicely decorated and cozy. Wonderful view from the balcony to drink coffee in the morning. Pool is convenient and the long term residents were very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay!!

Acceptable One shower does not work Housekeeping cleanliness is lacking, corners, baseboards, etc. Sink needs replaced. Lamps have single small watt bulbs in three way lamps. Lamp, with torn lampshade, in twin bedroom is so small the room was hardly illuminated at night. Veerticle blinds on sliding door is totally obsolete. Stairways and entries were poorly kept. Extremely loud lawn mowers extremely early in the mornings. We have become accustomed to VBRO and AirBnB and the standards are much higher. Body wash instead of mini-soap bars, shampoo, conditioner standard with them. Bed was fine, TVs very good, wi-fi very good, the location is terrific as to distance from village, etc.

We loved this condo❤️. It was so nice enjoying my coffee every morning overlooking the duck pond����. It was amazing quiet for so many units grouped together! Condo was super clean, had everything we needed to cook with. Walking distance to pier with beautiful foliage to enjoy (and shade) along the way! I would definitely recommend this condo and we will definitely be back to stay again!! Bye for now St. Simons! throughly !!️��

Good. No problems with the unit at all. Was very close to main shops as well as beach. Only issue was the condo management decided to redo the blacktop and we had to hike to our unit. No biggie for us. Would go back here again.

29th year of visiting St Simons. Multiple stays at Ocean Walk. Manicured grounds nice condos. Peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to village. W building facing pond is the best in the complex.

We had the most relaxing time. The condo is in a great location and family oriented with children and dogs. This is our 5th stay at Ocean Walk , and W14 is our favorite spot on the pond.

The condo was VERY clean and fresh, ready for guests! It is rather dated, but the upkeep makes up for that. Very reasonable rate as well.

What a great condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Good pots and pans, everything we needed to cook. Place was spotless and comfortable. Nice looking over the pond with the morning coffee and evening drink.

Everything was GREAT, from obtaining the rental through the checking out. Very Clean rental unit and had everything including an ice cream scoop. Master bathroom shower fixtures could use some maintenance / upgrades.

We stayed here for 40 days as we waited for our house renovations to be completed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The duck pond and resident ducks are charming as well. The manager for the listing was always available and helpful. Plenty of available parking spaces

close to everything
Ocean walk is in the perfect location on the island. Everything is a few mins away. You can walk, ride bikes, or rent a golf cart from a local shop to get around. I only used my car once the entire trip.The condo was very clean upon arrival. Master bedroom bed was so comfortable which made for a great nights rest after exploring the island all day. Lots to do in Ocean Walk as well. They have tennis, two swimming pools, basketball, table tennis, swings, and fishing in the pond. View from balcony was nice! So peaceful to relax and watch the ducks and turtles swim around.The condo is suppiled with basic supply needs for a few days worth which is helpful and appreciated. The smaller pool is directly beside the condo while the other is a short walk from the unit. This was our first visit to the island but definitely not our last. I will be booking this condo again in the future. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay.

Always have a great time in St. Simons. Loved the location of this condo, great view. Very clean and all the extras were nice. Furniture in living room was old but doable. Beds comfortable and enjoyed the balcony. This was our fifth time in the complex and this was the best condo so far.

great stay in saint simons condo
This condo on second floor has a wonderful view of the duck pond. It is tastefully furnished and clean . The kitchen is well stocked and the bed very comfortable. Loved that we could bring our dog who enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Local restaurants such as Halyards and Tramici and Del Sur were all excellent. The WEII home front museum is very interesting and worth a visit.

the perfect unit for us
This unit faces the lake, which was just perfect because there was just the peaceful view, with the ducks strolling by and no disturbance from parking or people loading/unloading cars. Our pup loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks walk by downstairs. The unit was clean, everything worked and we didn’t encounter any problems.. Would stay here again for sure. Everything was a short drive away.

The view from the balcony is awesome. It was a well-maintained condo that is one of the best in Ocean Walk. We have stayed at many but it is hard to beat the view in building W. I would definitely stay here again!
