Excellent rental property! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We loved the larger unit with more living area. The property was easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and the beach front made for a perfect spring vacation! We will definitely rent again!

Property & location were excellent! Unit is well equipped, clean and comfortable, but the carpeting in bedrooms need to be replaced as they are stained which takes away from the overall beauty of the rest of the unit. I will definitely be returning!

great oceanside condo
Staying at this Sea Point condo was wonderful. With ocean views and only a few blocks from shops and restaurants it was so convenient. The condo was more than 2100 square feet. It has a private gated entry, wonderful pool and just steps from a great beach. We will definitely return to stay at Sea Point. Janine, our liaison with Emmons Realty was wonderful and available if we needed anything. It was a great spot and wonderful accommodations.

Easy check in/out. Nice parking garage. Unit was clean and very spacious with multiple seating areas. Everything in good condition, but dated. No hairdryers. Excellent location on the beach, within walking distances stance to restaurants and shopping.

must stay here!!!
This place is incredible and it’s huge. So much space and two balconies to venture out on. We absolutely loved our stay here and are trying to figure out when to come back. Your truly steps away from the beach which wasn’t crowded (for July). Once inside, it’s really quiet. We never heard any of our neighbors the whole time we were there. It’s clean, well-stocked with everything you need so do yourself a favor and book this place! It’s the BEST place we’ve stayed in SSI and we’ve been here six times.

the best kept secret on ssi
Sea Point Lodge is the best place to stay on the south side of the island. It’s on a full-time beach, with a private pool and secured parking under the building. The permanent residents are friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s quiet and peaceful. Most guests are young families. We have stayed in several of the units. All have been well maintained and are very nice. The location is fantastic. It’s just a short walk to the pier village and all the restaurants and shops along the way. Overall, it’s our favorite place on the island!

another beautiful winter in saint simons
Have rented suite 208 at 800 Ocean Blvd for several years from late December through February and loved every minute of it. Great location close to Beach and the village. If there is a downside it is the trees growing and slowly restricting the Oceana view from the balconies. We will be back.

Beautiful condo and just as described in photos! Exceptionally clean, quiet, just steps to the beautiful beach, and super convenient to the village. The only drawback was there was no ramp to the beach, steps only, which made it difficult for anything with wheels, such as a stroller, beach cart, wheelchair, etc... We will be back though!

Nice condo we especially loved the location as you are in walking distance to everything. We parked the car for the week and walked everywhere. The only issue was the code to get in when we arrived. The property had changed it without informing us. After a brief wait were fixed up and off no issue.

so relaxing!
This was our second stay at SP208. Overall it was exactly what we expected but noticed two items for improvement: the main bedroom’s carpet is looking worn and in need of a cleaning. Also the lock in the front door needs to be repaired, when unlocking the door the key had to be jiggled to get the lock to open. Otherwise we had an amazing, relaxing time and hope to return here again in the future!

2nd visit
We enjoyed a 2nd visit to this property. Easy access to the beach! The property was very clean and the living area is very spacious! Underneath parking is perfect and it was most convenient to store our beach tent in the car at the back edge. Nice, easy walk to the pier but we mostly cooked because of the well stocked kitchen.

beachside family paradise
We had a marvelous time and loved the location. The walk to the village was lovely the first night, but golf carting proved more enjoyable with the 4 kids for the remainder of the week for trips to dinner and such. Property was maintained beautifully and the management staff was thoughtful, available, and wonderful to work with. We plan on this being an annual trip and hope to re-book soon!

The rental was very well appointed with the furniture and decor. It was bright, comfortable and a brief walk to the beach and downtown. Just would have liked the high back beach chairs to recline for comfort on the beach.

Wonderful experience with Emmons. Very helpful and accomidating. The unit is in a great location and in pretty good shape overall. Some items need some attention. 1. Area rug needs replacement with large stains 2. Master bedroom carpet at threshold needs repair. 3. Grout in master bath shower needs attention. 4. Dining room chandelier needs lightbulbs changed.

This place is great, clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture, decorated nicely and has a beautiful kitchen. The property manager was very communicative as well. It is steps to the pool and beach. Wish the pool was a little bigger, but it's better than no pool! Stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave! This is our new spot whenever we come in town. Can't wait to come back!

our stay
This was a lovely unit and perfect for our needs. However, the sink faucet needs to be replaced. Someone had placed an incorrect vessel in the coffeemaker which would not drain coffee into the pot but rather make it overflow in the coffee reservoir. We purchased a cheap Mr Coffee because we had to have coffee. These are just two recommendations the owner needs to know.
