delightful and quiet
The quiet neighborhood and delightful home made our week in Saint Simons perfect! A short walk to the beach was easy each day and having the pool in the afternoon made for a calm and relaxing day! The house was located on a charming street and had a great kitchen with all the necessary tools and the living space was very relaxing. The bedrooms were a nice retreat and plenty of bathrooms. The extra porches were great for a getaway spot. The outside shower was nice to wash away the sand after a day at the beach. This house was very clean and spacious.

great space
The house feels new on the inside. The backyard feels like a movie set it's so clean. This house was modern but never felt cold. We enjoyed nights in as much as out on the town. I highly recommend this rental. A short stroll to the beach and to Goulds Inlet are an added bonus. It did not feel like a tourist location but more like a good friend let you stay in their home while out of town.

spring 2025 family beach trip
We loved our stay on SSI, March 2025. This house has everything you need and is perfect for a couple of families. We fell in love with SSI and cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Emmons reality- they were responsive and helpful. They have a day-of check-in text which made checking in a breeze. Cannot recommend them enough!

It's a beautiful property. It was clean and in great condition. And Janean was a super kind host, so sincere and easy to speak with. However we didn't require much but certainly appreciated the kindness. St. Simon's is a beautiful place to visit. I hope to come back soon and stay again with Emmons.

gorgeous house and great stay
We had a wonderful time in this house! The design is more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and the layout of the rooms felt open and comfortable. The two king bedrooms are huge with luxurious bathrooms. Super clean! The pool is small-ish, but plenty of room for two kids and two adults to play about. The company was responsive to a user-error issue on check-in, and was very patient! They know their stuff. Great stay. Thank you!

family spring break
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

great newly renovated house in east beach!
Awesome house. Recently renovated and beautiful inside. Love the two master suites that are separated as well as the separate TV room. Pool is great though a bit narrow but love that it was heated. Emmons was quick to respond to any needs. On the far end of east beach so does require a bit of a dune walk to get to the beach but this seems to be increasing as the edge of the island changes shape over the last several years due to the tides. Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.

House was great. Location was great. Emmons staff was helpful. A couple of suggestions: Ditch the checkout list which sounds like something a nagging mother would leave—strip the beds, take out the trash, start the dishwasher, clean the grill. People are on vacation AND they are paying for a cleaning service to clean the house. All this should be covered. (Don’t move the pool furniture?) There are also fees that are probably never charged, but sound obnoxious—$50 plus postage to return something left at the house and $65 if a reservation is made and cancelled the same day.

Beautiful remodled home! We enjoyed our time on St Simons Island. House had a great layout for families. It was nice having another area for our teenagers to watch tv and hang out in! House was clean.

east beach vacation
My family of six enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The location, half a block from the beach entrance and close to shopping and the Pier Village, was ideal for us. The home had everything we needed ... comfortable sleeping arrangements, kitchen tools for cooking and ample room for family movie nights. The management company provided easy check in/out and great communication.

great family house near beach
We loved our stay in this house! It was in a great neighborhood, just a few steps away from the beach access. The house is spacious and the pool was ideal when we needed a break from the beach. I definitely recommend it to families and groups.
