The unit was beautifully decorated with a great island decor. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The only real issue that we had was we could hear the people in the unit above is moving around. It was never early in the morning or late at night, but when they were in the unit you could tell. This must be an issue at all of Harbor Oaks because it has happened both times we have stayed in bottom units. With Pier Village walkable, Harbour Oaks is the perfect place to stay on SSI!

Love the location. So convenient to everything. Condo has been updated; however. they need to fix a countertop in kitchen,update couch (creaky and not very comfortable), fix 2nd shower door and have steps and door looked at going into condo. Because location and the updates it was fine but it could be great with a little more TLC.

great condo close to the village and beach
We enjoyed our two weeks stay in this lovely condo. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool. We had a little one with us and there is a park across the street from this gated community too which was nice. We walked to dinner in the village several nights and cooked meals in the condo too. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. We would love to come back again in the future.

While the location was great...walkable to the Village area, the condo was average. The family in the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants until well after midnight. The streaming (cable) service left a lot to be desired, with the channels freezing up frequently throughout the weekend. The kitchen was tiny as was the patio. The bathrooms need to be painted and the bedding was not that comfortable. We will most likely try something different on our next stay.

We had a great stay at this condo in SSI! It was very close to the village and very quaint neighborhood with the beautiful trees and streams throughout. The condo was spacious and the vaulted ceiling was very nice. The rooms were very nicely done and decorated. My kids loved that they had their own twin beds, bathroom and TV. As with most rented condos, a deep clean and some updates (like kitchen items and patio area) would make it perfect. Those are little things that did not impact our stay though!

amazing vacation rental
Everything about this rental was perfect! Everything was updated on the inside. The location was AWESOME!! Perfect distance for us to walk to pickleball, the pier, and amazing restaurants! We also loved the small deck outside and the great view. We loved the little stream and feeding the 14 turtles and fish. We are already talking about returning. wonderful stay in ssi
We enjoyed 309 Harbour Oaks very much, but we think there are some issues that people should know. The location is as good as it gets within walking distance of Pier Village and all that the Village has to offer. Communication with Emmons Realty was fine with an issue we had with the washer. The problem didn’t get fixed while we were there but it wasn’t a show-stopper for us. We were highly dissatisfied with the condition of the furniture, namely the couch. It’s filthy, stained, and has an unpleasant odor. I’ve read reviews on other rental sites about this condo and the condition of the couch has been brought up in years past, but the complaints have obviously fallen on deaf ears. The condo is certainly functional, but it needs a lot of TLC. We have rented it again for next year in hopes that the issue with the couch will be taken care of, but we have our doubts. I would highly recommend bringing your own bedsheets to cover the couch so you’re not sitting directly on it. It’s that bad! On a positive note, the kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking utensils you’ll need and the place seemed very clean when we arrived. The beds are fairly comfortable and the bathrooms could use some updating and a paint job, but again, not a show-stopper for us. Harbour Oaks is a lovely community...quiet, safe, walkable, and full of friendly folks, but we think the experience could be made even better with some updating done to the condo.

wonderful property
We have stayed at Harbour Oaks before, but never in this unit. It was perfect for proximity to Pier Village (we enjoy walking to amenities and don't mind upstairs), privacy and a like-new unit. Furnishings are a cut above what we have seen before with other properties. King bed was very comfortable. 4PM check-in was a bit inconvenient, but only since we wanted to go to dinner early after travel. Would definitely stay again.

a little disappointed
The community was lovely! However, the condo was less than expected. It has good bones just not taken care of. One bath had the shower door off with a curtain to replace. Other bath had moved shower bar and not repainted. Door to laundry room came off track often. There was trash outside unit(just needed to be picked up off ground). There were bleached out parts on couch cover where stains had probably been. The kitchen sink had stains that could have been removed with the correct cleaner. It could be a lovely unit if it were taken care of. Also the AC(nest control) went up during night leaving you warm in early morning.

Nice covered carport.

saint simons end of summer beach trip
We had a wonderful stay at 409 Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island. The condo is in a quiet, gated community, really peaceful. You can tell it’s been updated recently, and the decor has a nice, comfy feel. We especially liked the unique furniture. The view of the creek from the back patio was one of the best parts. It was so relaxing to sit out there in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to some great restaurants nearby, and the beach was just a short walk away too. We also appreciated having the pool and beach being easy to get to. Overall, this condo was a great place to stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My family had a really memorable stay on SSI. It was the getaway we all needed and the harbour oaks 309 was a wonderful home for us. The beds and furniture are all comfortable. We spent most of our time in the village. It is only a few minutes walk away. The condo had plenty of things to cook with. We typically made breakfast together. When we weren’t at the beach, we played games in the living room. Everyone had room to spread out. Thanks again! We will be back!

adorable condo, quiet area, good location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The neighborhood was quiet with a small pool, exercise room, and tennis courts easily accessible. The layout was great with nice-sized walk-in closets attached to each bedroom and two full baths. The only slight issue was old plumbing (especially in the master bath) but they were looking into some of those issues. Yes, as someone mentioned, the door lock is VERY loud but that's only a problem if someone is sleeping. We preferred to drive to the pier, but if it's crowded, it is technically close enough to walk. We actually walked all the way to the lighthouse and back, which wouldn't have been too bad if we hadn't also climbed 129 stairs to the top of the lighthouse! But it was worth it! We also enjoyed eating at Frosty's and Iguana's, which were about a 10-12 minute walk from the condo and passed pickleball courts and a nice, large playground on the way. The people from Emmons were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

fantastic location and easy to access. I appreciate the privacy and the amenities that come with the rental. We stayed for a week during our vacation. My only concern is the quality of the linens. It wouldn’t hurt to buy linens from somewhere like TJ Maxx or a major online retailer. Drapes would also keep a tremendous amount of light out of the master bedroom.

The condo we rented on Harbour Oaks Dr. was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had a great location for our needs. We were within walking distance of the waterfront shopping and dining area and the pickle ball courts. The instructions for entering the condo were easy to follow as were the rest of them inside. The covered parking place was a definite plus. I sat at the pool a couple of times but couldn’t get in the water because the pool was full of leaves. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting St. Simons.

309 harbour oaks drive rental
We almost had a nice stay but on our first day we were greeted by 2 roaches and a silverfish. On the second day we were out from morning to evening. When we got back and turned on the light, guess what, MORE roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.! I called your office in the morning to report the problem but no answer. I then called the number given on the letter posted in the kitchen for a Carol. Carol was not only rude, she constantly interrupted me and told me that it was not HER problem and that I was to get in touch with the owner of the unit to get an exterminator. We have been renting vacation homes for 14 years and never have we been treated so incredibly rudely. So, the answer is, no, we would never rent through your agency again nor would we recommend you to anybody. Was the condo "clean"? I don't think so. The experience and treatment was utterly disgusting!

a little slice of paradise
We spent two wonderful months at 406 Harbor Oaks and found it the perfect place for our stay at St. Simons. We were a short walk to the "Village" where there were a number of very nice restaurants, a library, and a lovely park from which to look out on the sound and watch ships. Being that we were here "off season", the weather was a bit cool (low 60's most day) but that means most of the snow birds are further south so not too crowded. The condo was spacious, light filled, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the pond. The kitchen was rather sparse in equipment but adequate if you do basic cooking. Beds were comfortable. We rented from Emmons Realty who we can highly recommend. We had a couple of small issues (missing toaster, internet outage). I called in the morning about the toaster and within 30 minutes someone was at the door with a new one. The internet outage was caused by a wiring issue that was fixed within a day (in time to watch the super bowl) - once again Emmons responded within an hour to our request. Highly recommend Emmons and this location.

Our months stay at 316 Harbour Oaks was absolutely amazing. The property was very clean, very comfortable, with a beautiful view. We wish to give Emmons Realty a five star for their customer service. We had our dryer stop functioning and they arrived at our door within minutes and took our laundry,dried and folded and returned.Also would like to mention we were provided a covered parking spot for our vehicle. Such a beautiful little place to enjoy some peace from all of the hustle and bustle of life. I brought a dear lady that we work for, who uses a walker/ wheelchair with me as well as a few family members. It was easily accessible for her. This is the second time staying at unit. Love location, very convenient. Staff is super responsive. Was disappointed that the unit was in same condition as last time which was over a year ago. Sliding glass door doesn’t lock and there are no shower heads. The door to laundry room is broken. Same issues as last time. I think the unit needs a little refresh. Love the lcommunity but wouldn’t stay in that unit again.

Emmons Vaca Rentals are very reasonable and accommodating. I have used them for vaca rentals in SSI and always pleased. This particular unit needs some updated decor. The storage was an issue in the kitchen and the bedroom, too much clutter in each closet with old blankets, pillows, stacks of pictures no longer hung on walls, etc. Kitchen items such as snacks, bread, coffee, etc. had to be placed on the very small countertop, not a single cabinet was available. It is overly stocked. The beds are very comfortable, the den furniture so so. Harbour Oaks is a great location, very well kept landscape and gate code secured. I will continue to rent there, just a different unit as I have done before.

The unit we stayed in was lovely. Not only was it furnished beautifully, it was also stocked with everything we needed. I really enjoyed sitting on the comfy chairs in the sunroom area, drinking coffee and looking outdoors. The only complaint we had was that the bed sheets were not great quality and not as comfortable to sleep in as we would have liked.

beyond my expectations!
The pictures on the website drew me to this property. It was everything and more of what the pictures depicted! This place was spotless. It is beautiful inside with a lovely view from the sunroom. All of the furniture was comfortable. Every evening it was quiet and peaceful. No voices from the parking lot or the pool. The information regarding walking distances to the village and beach are accurate. Emmons realty sent the needed information for arrival and departure which allowed us to go straight to the unit and begin our vacation without the hassle of stopping at an office somewhere. I never needed any help from them while there but felt confident they were available and willing had I needed anything. I will check the availability of this property on my next visit to SSI.

This location was perfect for our visit to St Simons Island! The condo was spotlessly clean and it was wonderful to have two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. We would have liked a few more supplies, such as additional laundry pods, sandwich bags, napkins, beach towels, etc., since we flew and packed very lightly. But overall, our stay was fantastic and we would love to come again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend with our 2 children. While the master bathroom is pretty tiny, it was a small price to pay for the convenience of walking into town (we also rented bikes for the duration and enjoyed being able to bike everywhere on the island). We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 5 spent a week here and had a great stay. The master bed is VERY comfortable and that’s saying a lot bc my husband and I normally struggle with beds that aren’t our own. We also loved being right next to the pool and just a 5 minute walk to the dog park. And the village is only a few minutes further so a very convenient location. Kitchen was stocked well and the amount of towels and supplies were very generous. And the whole unit was immaculately clean! Not a speck of sand or dust anywhere. The only suggestion I can give would be to install the blades on the ceiling fan in the secondary bedroom but even without them, the kids room stayed cool, they just prefer sleeping with a fan on. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely SSI property AND for allowing us to bring our fur babies. Great trip, will rebook next time we come to SSI.

This property is so well located - you can walk to the restaurants, beach, pier, etc. It is in a gated complex - not that that would be a requirement in this area - but it was nice. The local owners that we met were friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and the pool was nice (furniture could sure use an update). There is a small, private patio that we enjoyed - it overlooks a small waterway which runs through the property. The unit itself was dog friendly which was important to us. It was well equipped and the king sized bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was very clean when we arrived and has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The unit provided covered parking which was very close to the unit. The wifi was very good and the TV's worked well. There is an extensive DVD collection of movies available. The condo, while very comfortable, could certainly use an update and maintenance in furniture, kitchen cupboards, ceilings (popcorn ceilings which are peeling near vents) and bathroom fixtures. Overall we enjoyed our time in this unit but feel it could be so much more enjoyable if the unit had a little TLC.

The condo was spacious enough but could use some upgraded bedding, especially the sheets. Also, there was dust or lint (from the clothes dryer possibly?) on the ceiling and bulkhead in the entire kitchen area. The unit was otherwise clean. Air conditioning cooled in living area very well but the bedrooms would become stuffy and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms to remedy the situation. During the night there was noise sounding like furniture movement and a ball being bounced - 1:00-3:00 am. Loved walking to the village and pier areas and enjoyed great meals at restaurants so close by.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this unit is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It was super clean. Location is great also. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The sitting area was great to drink coffee in the mornings. The furniture and beds were nice and comfortable also. The management company that i talked to helped me and were also great! I will definitely be back!

Excellent rental. Beautiful setting near pool and tennis court. Only a few blocks away from main restaurant and shopping district. About a 8-10 min walk. About 30min to Jekyll Island. Expect additional delays to Jekyll if going during prime time. Overall a great place to rent. With a family of 7 we had to have the kids double up on the sleeper sofa and double bed. Great DVD movie selection. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

My 3 sisters and I met here for a couple of nights in July. The condo is very nicely furnished, with all the necessary amenities, and in a very convenient location. Problems: coffee pot which didn’t work (it was filled with water on our arrival so we assume the previous tenants had trouble with it, also); floors were sandy upon arrival and scatter rugs in bedrooms and bathrooms did not look clean. If these problems were resolved, I would recommend it.

We had a great time staying at this condo vacation rental. It was perfect walking distance to the village and a short drive to the beach. We loved that the park was right outside the complex. Our only issues with the condo were that 1) unless you are doing a timed dry in the dryer, it will not shut off automatically and 2) one bedroom had twin beds and we thought one was supposed to be a full, so one couple slept in separate beds. Otherwise, the condo was clean and the owner left more toiletries and soaps than we expected to have. Thanks for a great stay!

We went on a girls trip with 4 ladies and was a perfect place for us. We were so close to the beach, downtown eating and shops, and very much enjoyed the pool on the premises. Go meet Grace and see how much her swimming has improved! Everyone was friendly and were able to uber, lyft or drive wherever we needed to go. Great trip and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was close enough to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away from the crowds to be able to wind down. The description was accurate and all the amenities were as described. The property was maintained well. We would recommend this property. We were able to go to the public beach with our dogs, went kayaking, went to the WW II museum also. We went to the Catch 228 oyster bar and had 2 good meals. Hildy's pizza was great also.

My daughter and I recently (30 Apr - 2 May 2021) had the pleasure of relaxing these few days in Harbor Oaks Condominium complex on Saint Simons Island, GA. We had a fabulous couple of days away from the every day hustle and bustle. We has a great stay at St Simons and Emmons was so easy to work with. It was so nice to have our dog with us.Condo was clean and had everything needed in kitchen. It could use a few updates but was priced accordingly. The spare room mattresses could use replacing. The only downside was no air conditioning (things did not dry out when humid) and you hear alot of noises from whoever is staying above. It didn't effect master at much as much as spare bedroom. My daughter had trouble staying falling/staying alseep. Maybe bring a sound machine ??? Location was perfect for shopping, eating, and pier. We drove to beach but mostly because of dog and gear to bring. Teen rode their bikes everyday all around.

My husband and I recently visited St Simons Island for the first time and the condo in Harbour Oaks was perfect. The location to the Pier and the beach was perfect. It was very easy to walk or bike most anyplace on the island you would want to go. The condo was very clean, well furnished, quiet and very comfortable. The property manager was very easy to work with, very prompt and helpful. We had originally booked the condo for 2020, but had to cancel last minute due to COVID. The owner and property manager allowed us to rebook for 2021 with no penalty. We look forward to visiting St Simons Island again and would absolutely rent the same condo.

My husband and I stayed for a little over two months and this property met our needs perfectly. Great location walkable to Pier Village. Very clean. Kitchen has been updated, has a pantry and is well supplied with quality cookware, etc. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet so storage is excellent. Three TVs with all the bells and whistles. Beds are very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer...also a plus. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a firmer couch....when you stay for a few days it’s no issue, but long term for older adults it’s a little hard on your back. We recommend this unit highly. We will be back!

We had such a great 3 weeks at this property! The management was very responsive and very easy and pleasant to deal with. You can’t beat location though- it’s a 7 min walk to the village with lots of restaurants. There is also a playground 4 min away which was great and my kids loved playing there. A nice tennis court and a pool was a nice plus as well. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in 617 Harbour Oaks. The location being an easy walk from the Village Pier and all of its shops, restaurants, and pubs was great. Five minute drive to beach. great place to stay in ssi
We love SSI and try to spend a couple of weeks here every spring. We were late booking this year, so we couldn't get our preferred location near the water (we love to watch the boat traffic). This location is a great alternative - it is only a short walk to the village and the pier. The unit has been beautifully updated and is fully equipped. The entire complex is quiet and nicely landscaped. Other than receiving rental confirmation and entry instructions, we have had no contact with the management company. We have used them before, and I know that they would assist if we had any issues.

We really enjoyed this condo at 406 Harbour Oaks. It was super clean. Totally renovated. Very comfortable and had plenty of room. Excellent location on the island. Within walking distance to the pier and resturaunts.

best stay yet
Our son lives in SSI. We love to visit at least once a year for an extended time and have been searching for the perfect spot...I believe we found it! This unit is wonderful...conveniently located, spacious, clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We have booked through Emmons Realty in the past and know they are excellent.

awesome condo!!!
We loved this condo. We loved the decor and the layout is spectacular!! The furniture was very comfortable and having two different cozy living areas was wonderful. The short walking distance to the pier was great for us. We walked down there every morning and evening. :)

last minute weekend trip, will return for linger stay!
We booked this property last minute for a long weekend. The booking process was seamless. The Management communicated very quickly and covered every detail needed for our stay, starting the trip off without a hitch. The unit was exactly as published, very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Beds extremely comfortable, clean and accommodating. Assigned covered parking near door was convenient. Will definitely go through this property management for our next trip, will be a much longer stay!!! The island is beautiful, relaxing and laidback!

The property manager was very helpful. We love St Simon's Island and we loved Harbour Oaks! It was a very beautiful property! well decorated so nice and it was well equipped and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we love the secure gated location - easy to get to the Village and the beach I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental! The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and close to everything. We had a storm one night which caused an issue with the thermostat. The Emmons were quick to respond and kind to our call for aid.

really nice time!
We always stay at Harbour Oaks and this was our first time at 309. It was really nice. I do wish the property owners fix the sliding door lock, as that made us feel uneasy, especially with a toddler. You can tell the lock has been repaired several times. Getting the fitness room key could have been explained in the condo directions. The light bulbs used in the toilet rooms are weird and keep the rooms dark for a while (energy efficient?), which scared the kids. LOL! AND PLEASE install ceiling fans in the bedrooms! That would have made sleep a little bit better, as the A/C is either freezing or you are hot from no air circulation. But overall, our stay was really nice and these things just rolled off our backs. 309 was a great place to be!

Had a wonderful stay over the 4th July weekend with my family. Apartment was clean and well maintained. We did not have a hairdryer on arrival and they dropped one off to me within an hour - great service!

peaceful vacation escape
The property was well maintained and clean. Gated community with coded condo entry. The A/C did seem to struggle to keep the unit cool, but then again, it was hitting triple digits outside. I definitely would return if the opportunity were to arise. This was a very low stress experience.

very pleased!
This rental property is beautiful. It is a great value for the price. It is VERY clean and all newly refinished which made me feel very comfortable and at home. It is walkable to the main resturants/shopping but its about a 1/2 mile so was a little much to do daily with our kids. Beaches are just past that and East Beach (which was our favorite) was a 5 minute car ride. Owner made it very easy to come and go and provided all the basics we could possibly need. Very impressed and would rent again for sure!

This was our second stay at this condo. It is in a great location with quick access to the Pier area for shopping and eating and the beach. The condo is well equipped with towels, linens, kitchen would be nice if it was updated some. We stayed for a week and look forward to returning to St Simon again.

We were very happy with the condo; however we did run out of toilet paper which we had to buy. When you have 4 women in once place you need more toilet paper. We had a hard time locking and unlocking the door but finally got the hang of it.

We had a wonderful time. We have been to St Simons many times, but this was our first time to stay at Harbour Oaks. We loved being a short walking distance from the village. Condo was nicely decorated and we were so happy it was dog friendly. We were also pleased to have a covered parking area.

Nice first floor garden-style condo, clean, well maintained. Comfortable beds, nice grounds, a perimeter road around property to walk dogs, well kept and very Georgia/live oak/spanish moss atmosphere. Covered parking near unit was an appreciated feature. A two block walk to center of old St. Simon's, very convenient.

amazing time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Simon's at this rental property. It was very roomy for the 7 people we had staying. It was clean and the complex was great. We have children and felt completely safe in this gated community. The community is within walking distance of the town with great restaurants and shopping. The beach is also very close! We will be returning!

extremely attentive property manager
The location of the complex is ideal for those who want to walk to the Pier and shops, and the property manager was extremely attentive. My parents had a few issues with the thermostat and the WiFi, but the woman who handled the calls was really wonderful and addressed things quickly and kindly.

great place to stay
My daughter & I were looking for a little beach getaway and found this. The condo is very comfortable and looked just like the pictures. It is an easy walk to the St Simon Pier area. We walked to breakfast each morning at one of the breakfast cafes. While it is walkable to the beach along the pier, beach is only available during low tides. We opted to drive to Massengill Park beach area. The beach was great. Emmons Realty called to make sure we were happy with condo. We would definitely stay here again.

we would rent this unit again
Our family rented this unit the weeks of August 4-12, 2018. We have rented a number of units over the years from Home Away and VRBO. This is the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented. No dust on fan blades, A/C vents were spotless and everything we needed was in place.. The one negative was the cabinets were so well stocked there was little room for food, but since we ate many meals out it was not an issue. The towels were high quality, linens very good and the property in very good condition. The rental agency was most responsive. We will rent again.

close to shops and park
This is a great condo, close to shopping and a public park. We were a little disappointed with the upkeep of the pool. It was not cleaned daily and I had to skim the pool before the kids could get in. It is also NOT heated! Overall the condo is beautiful. We were very bummed to have rented some movies and there was no DVD player. You have to have infinity membership to watch anything g other than regular tv. Overall it’s a great area and condo. If you have the chance take a day to trolley tour Jekyl. It was great. Even the kids enjoyed it.

clean, quiet, restful!!
We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Oaks! It is very quiet there..we saw many retirees. We were thankful to be able to take our dog. Super convenient to the pier and shops. We walked there. The condo was stocked well with anything that you would need. These are not complaints as we would definitely stay there again but there is a little upstairs noise occasionally and the HVAC is a little loud but other than was awesome!

The condo was very clean, roomy and well equipped. It is centrally located and very easy to access all parts of the island from it. The biggest complaint is with VRBO. Using them for years; however, they now charge both the owner and renter steep fees for reservations. Will not be renting anything in the future through VRBO. It is a ripoff.

Condo was great. Plenty of living space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had more linens than any other place we have ever stayed. Did have a problem with the noise from the air conditioning unit. Water in the pool for the complex was a little warm. Like it to be cooler for a refreshing dip after sun bathing.

We spent our customary birthday week on St Simons. The condo we stayed in was great; clean, comfortable and close to the village. During our stay the weather was a little chilly, so having a nice place to hang out was all the more important.

matthew moved in so we moved out!
We arrived at the beautiful in it on Tuesday and had to evacuate early Thursday morning due to the mandatory evacuation with Hurricane Matthew. We absolutely loved the beautiful, clean, well-furnished unit but only had it to enjoy for 2 days! The realtor at Emmons Realty was very helpful and understanding until we could return to the island to gather our belongings. We've also been offered a return stay for the nights we missed on this trip!
